At Seamless Shapes, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Refunds & Replacements

   -   If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of
        delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll issue a refund or send a
       replacement.

   -   For lost or delayed orders (over 45 business days), we will issue a full refund.

Returns
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or opened. Please ensure you check our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

   -   If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14
        days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
